Each year, outstanding achievement, teamwork, and companies are recognised across Southeast Asia and 2025 will be no different.
The RICS Awards bestow both local and global recognition. They recognise industry leading achievements and demonstrate the upholding of the highest standards of professionalism and ethics by individuals and teams across the built and natural environments.
The awards create a unique platform to showcase innovations and achievements across Southeast Asia’s built and natural environments, as well as encourage development and advancements within the industry. This year’s awards aim to attract wider participation from the sector, promoting the highest professional standards, pioneering better places to live and work, and creating a force for positive social impact. We look forward to receiving visionary and inspiring nominations this year.

RICS Southeast Asia Awards 2025 entries open 17 March 2025
Experts from the judging committee will score each application and the winners will be announced at the Southeast Asia awards ceremony in Singapore in October 2025.
