The successful teams and individuals of this year’s Awards were announced and celebrated at a formal ceremony held at The Four Seasons in Bengaluru, on 12 September.

All entries demonstrate industry leading achievements and show the highest standards of professionalism across the built environment in South Asia .

HCL IT City Lucknow, located on NH-56 is a 33 Acre development with 24 Acre covered under SEZ and 9 Acre under Non SEZ. In Phase-I & Phase II, Turner and Townsend has developed 10,46,633 sqft & 1,80,000 sqft areas respectively as a Project Management Consultant. HCL adopted construction of 02 buildings using PEB construction which is first in the city of Lucknow. The HCL Lucknow campus is rated Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum rating.HCL sets forth the broad aims to limit its GHG emissions aligned to a 1.5degC by 2030 and to reach net zero by 2040.

Nucleus Office Parks

One Green Mile

Nucleus Office Parks, a key stakeholder managing commercial real estate in Lower Parel, Mumbai, undertook a comprehensive project to transform a congested stretch into a pedestrian-friendly and sustainable corridor. They partnered with various government authorities to create a ”Complete Street” with dedicated lanes for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.This included improved traffic flow, creating over 1,900 sq m of public spaces under the flyover, planting over 112 trees, and prioritizing green cover. This innovative project transformed Lower Parel into a more livable and sustainable urban environment.

Digital Connexion and Linesight

Digital Connexion MAA10 Chennai Data Centre

Digital Connexion launched their state-of the-art 100MW capable data centre campus in Chennai. MAA10, the first phase of the project, features a 20MW capacity and modular infrastructure design, enabling customers to scale their infrastructure as data demands grow. Digital Connexion and Linesight, a construction consultancy, leveraged their global expertise to deliver India’s first data centre to adopt cutting-edge construction techniques and technologies.Achieving exemplary outcomes and ensuring future resilience, the project is recognised for its tangible successes and enduring impact. As the largest, greenest & most innovative data centre campus in India, Digital Connexion sets the benchmark for years to come.

Sandoz, Hyderabad

Experience the culmination of innovation and design excellence with Zyeta’s transformative project: Sandoz. As a global leader in off-patent medicines, Sandoz entrusted Zyeta with crafting a workspace that reflected its pioneering spirit and commitment to access for patients.

Zyeta strategised a LEED Platinum and WELL-compliant design, redefining hybrid work styles through an agile approach. With a prime focus on sustainability, employee wellness, waste management, and business growth, Zyeta crafted a workspace that truly epitomised the future of work.

The outcome? A dynamic environment where creativity thrives, collaboration flourishes, and a culture of discovery and innovation permeates every corner.

Sree Charan successfully delivered India’s first Green Hydrogen plant that aims to reduce carbon emissions by utilizing green hydrogen in the stainless-steel manufacturing process. By harnessing renewable energy sources, the project produces hydrogen, resulting in an estimated reduction of 2,700 metric tonnes of carbon emissions annually.The Airport Terminal Metro Station prioritizes sustainability as that of Terminal 2 and envisaged to meet BIAL’s vision of building world class infrastructure & customer experience.Whereas DMRC Phase IV showcases modern technology and efficient transport planning. Their groundbreaking methods, positive environmental influence, and role in promoting sustainability truly merit recognition and an award.

The Project for Google Connect Services at Hyderabad was Led by Karthik Ramaprasad. He had a team of 17 young and dynamic engineers under him. This was one of the biggest Interior fit out projects at the time with varying levels of complexity. The project was handled seamlessly and was handed over to the client on time, within the allocated budget, along with the quality and safety standards being maintained at a top-notch level. Client appreciation was also received subsequently, which further enhanced the success of the project.

Integrated Development and Rejuvenation of Chaab Talab in Dahod Smart City

The Dahod Chhab Talab project, led by BVG India Ltd, exemplifies holistic urban rejuvenation and historical restoration. Transforming 108 acres of barren land and a sewage-tainted lake, a historically significant site, through sustainable interventions. Key achievements include treating 2 MLD of sewage daily, generating 518,400 units of solar electricity annually, and removing 20,000 cubic meters of Water Hyacinth. Water quality saw significant improvements in COD, BOD and TSS. The area features recreational amenities, drawing 3,000 daily visitors. This initiative showcases excellence in environmental restoration, social inclusion, and health promotion, while honoring and restoring a vital historical landmark winning Skoch award.

Lifetime Achievement Award	Recognising commitment to RICS and the wider profession, the Lifetime Achievement Award is the most prestigious award for built environment professionals. The presentation of this award is subject to the determination of the judging panel that the recipient is worthy of this significant honour.	RICS will provide recommendation(s) on the worthy recipient for the judging panel’s consideration.

The present study aimed to analyze and compare the impact of MSW management, solar grid system and grey water use potential scenario evaluating greenhouse emission to achieve “Net Zero energy building (NZEB)”. The NZEB project in total generated 903.7carbon credits worth 24.3 lakhs and 28 lakhs for organic compost and composite benefit of 52.3 lakhs tangible benefits. Bajaj Auto Limited – 2 Wheeler Manufacturing Plant, Chakan

We were appointed both master planner and technical consultant so that aesthetic & technical requirements of the projects could be addressed. The project is not a typical industrial project but a state of art manufacturing facility. We had challenging timelines of 10 months to complete this project hence decided to fabricate steel structures of the main factory at site and build ancillary structures in RCC and exposed bricks.

We identified a GC contractor who could bring close to 1000 labors to site and fabricate, assemble everything at site to meet the project requirements.

Termed as the “Trade of the Decade”, this investment led by us is one of the largest distressed residential trades in India.

The valuation scope involves Brakes India Private Limited – Industrial complex, spread over 42Acres 85.516Cents, comprising of multiple structures for manufacturing of auto brakes components. The project was very demanding owning to its potential and site context. Due to expert considerations and decades of research practice involved in the Valuation systems within an astonishing span of 80 man hours in total the project was valuated in just 4 days.

Pixxel team is spearheading India’s inaugural Hyperloop pod and consistently expanding the frontiers of human exploration.
