The event brought together around 400 leading industry experts, professionals, and specialists making it a huge success discussing the latest developments, challenges, and innovations in dilapidations.

Key sessions covered market trends and economic impacts on dilapidations, recent case law updates, and best practices for schedules of condition. Discussions also explored mediation in disputes, cost challenges, and the importance of collaboration between surveyors and lawyers. A significant focus was placed on mental health and well-being with valuable strategies shared on managing stress and client expectations.

The conference also looked to the future, showcasing the latest advancements in technology, and their potential to transform dilapidations assessments and attracting the next generation of professionals.
