How do I access the member areas?

The member area in our London office is on the ground floor and you do not need to book to attend. Our member area in our Birmingham office has recently been relocated to the 5th floor and similarly does not require a booking. However, if you require formal use of the space such as for a meeting, please email facilitieshelpdesk@rics.org who will be happy to help. Members should have their membership number with them to gain access. Prioritising the wellbeing of our staff and visitors, should we on any day reach the capacity limits to operate a COVID-safe space, we will no longer be able to admit visitors.

To ensure we have your correct details, please log into your online account where you can view and amend the data that we have for you. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct contact details.

If you call us, we will ask for you to confirm security information to access your records, usually your Date of Birth and Address.

You can obtain a replacement diploma by following the appropriate link below:

• New style diploma replacement for Professional Members (MRICS) - £15
• New style diploma replacement for Fellow Members (FRICS)  - £15
• New style diploma replacement for Associate Members (AssocRICS) - £15

You need to have active RICS membership to purchase these items. We will verify your details before dispatching. Please note that replacement diplomas take six to eight weeks for delivery.
