We are now recruiting for the dual role of the GMC Member and UKI WRB Chair.  

The Role

GMC oversees all regional member representation globally and the UKI WRB reports into GMC. Currently, approximately 70% of RICS members based in the UK and Ireland, making this a key region for RICS.

This dual role is one of the most important non-executive roles in the RICS structure, with responsibility for member representation from all parts of UK and Ireland. The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • be a member of the GMC and support GMC in its responsibilities and duties.
  • Chair and provide leadership to the UKI WRB while ensuring the UKI WRB fulfils its duties in accordance with its Terms of Reference.

  • a chartered member of RICS in good standing.
