Location and access

The Members lounge is location on the 5th Floor, Colmore Row Birmingham, B3 2AA. The lounge is open between 0800 and 1800, Monday to Friday.

You can access the lounge by speaking to main floor reception, showing them your member ID and asking to use the RICS member lounge. Main reception will then call you a lift. RICS front of house team will greet you in the lift lobby.

Facilities

We have a host of flexible space for you to use, private individual booths, private 4 person booths, open plan hot desks, casual areas and more formal board room type spaces. All rooms are MS Teams enabled and of course we have tea, coffee and Wi-Fi.

How to book

In general, there is no need to pre-book. The lounge services are operated on a first come, first served basis. If you have 7 or more people visiting we can book one of the two larger Board rooms (capacity in board room style is 20 & 16).
