Today we are sharing our Gender Pay Gap report for 2023.
Any UK employer with 250 or more employees on a specific date each year (the ‘snapshot date’) must report their gender pay gap. The gender pay gap is the difference in pay or bonus rates of all UK male and female employees across an organisation, irrespective of their role or seniority.
You can read our Gender Pay Gap report below, due to be published this week on the UK government website and on rics.org. This report provides a snapshot of our gender pay gap results in April 2023 along with our continued areas of focus.
