While there are still more than 65 countries in the world where being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, or other Queer identities (LGBTQ+) is illegal, and in some countries punishable by death, RICS is a global body that is inclusive and welcoming to all. We value diversity and strive to shape an industry that is safe, inclusive, equitable and respectful of everyone, regardless of where they live and work or how they identify.

Together with our members, industry networks and experts, RICS will continue to deliver events, research and insights, and best practice guidance around LGBTQ+ inclusion.
