We are committed to driving positive change through data-driven insights and research. Our reports and surveys provide a deep understanding of challenges and opportunities within the surveying profession, offering valuable perspectives on diversity, inclusion, and professional development.

By highlighting trends, uncovering barriers, and sharing best practices, we aim to empower our members and industry partners to shape a more equitable and inclusive future for the build and natural environment.

Why is data so important to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion?

To build a more holistic and meaningful picture of the built environment, we are asking RICS members to share more demographic data with us at the individual level. This data will be protected, anonymised, and aggregated.

Every individual’s contribution will help drive more targeted and effective initiatives to advance diversity, equity and inclusion across the built environment.
