B.E Inclusive initiative

The B.E. Inclusive initiative is a collaborative effort of six professional bodies in the built environment sector to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) these organisations – CIOB, ICE, LI, RIBA, RICS and RTPI – are determined to ensure the sector reflects the diversity of the society it serves. Together, these institutions are committed to improving data collection, understanding transitions from education to employment, and developing DEI competences to foster a more inclusive profession.
