Justin Young

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Justin is leading the transformation of RICS into an experience-led organisation that puts members, colleagues and other stakeholders at the centre of everything that it does. His background is in business transformation, particularly in the areas of growth and customer experience. His career has been primarily in professional services, including real estate, where he was the Chief Operating Officer at Knight Frank for five years. He has lived and worked in the UK, Europe and Asia, including six years in Singapore with the law firm Clifford Chance where he built successful partnerships and alliances between firms in global networks, and established operations in new locations. Prior to that, Justin was in the technology industry with Hewlett Packard (HP) and the military.

Adeola Ajayi

Director, CEO Office

Adeola leads strategy and the executive office at RICS. Adeola has expertise across strategy, advocacy, communications and external affairs having held roles at global listed insurer Hiscox, Friends Life, and leading UK trade body the Association of British Insurers. Adeola has represented sectors as a broadcast spokesperson and is passionate about inclusion, being recognised for the ‘Championing Gender Equality’ award by FT Adviser and ‘Diversity Champion of the Year’ by the Women in Finance Awards. Adeola is an Executive MBA candidate at London Business School, set to complete in summer 2024.

Chris Alder

Senior Executive Officer

Reporting to the Standards and Regulation Board, Chris is responsible for ensuring that the public and stakeholders can have trust and confidence in the profession through RICS’ model of autonomous self-regulation. This responsibility covers the application of rigorous entry requirements, relevant professional standards and guidance, effective assurance, regulation operations and dispute resolution services. He is responsible for ensuring that RICS’ regulatory functions work in the public interest; that its standards remain relevant and are upheld.

Rob Man

Chief Experience Officer

Rob is a senior marketing and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience in the technology and professional services sectors. Rob has a reputation for delivering transformational change, from the creation of disruptive brands to the revitalisation of established ones. His focus is on data and audience-led models to drive the best experience and get results within complex stakeholder environments. Rob is known as a leader who energises people, rallying them behind ideas, campaigns and new ways of working.

Corinna Alstromer

General Counsel

Corinna is responsible for managing all corporate legal and governance matters of RICS and its group companies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations globally. Corinna is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales. Corinna’s career began in property litigation in private practice and she has since held legal commercial roles in industries including water, waste, utilities and telecoms. Most recently Corinna joined RICS in 2022 from the innovation charity Nesta where she was general counsel and company secretary.

Alison Currie

Chief Operating Officer

Alison is responsible for finance, strategy, change, property, procurement, risk management and internal audit. She is a qualified management accountant and has extensive experience in financial services, public sector and not for profit. She has held roles as CFO and executive director of corporate services and led transformations to improve existing organisations and establish new ones. Most recently Alison was the group executive director of Finance and IT at Plan International, a large INGO supporting children and women around the world. Alison is also a governor on the board of a large further education group in Kent, where she also chairs their Finance and Resources Committee.

Tony Osude

Tony Osude

Chief Market Delivery Officer

As CDMO, Tony is accountable for developing market strategies and plans across all RICS geographic regions which deliver membership growth, development, engagement and value to members and communities globally. Tony has 20 years’ experience of working with businesses in the UK and internationally to develop talent and capability in professions through research, consulting, learning and development, qualifications, membership and employer accreditation programmes, most recently as Markets and Commercial Directorate Lead at CIPD. He has also developed markets and programme delivery in past positions at University College London, BPP (one of the UKs largest providers of professional education), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
