Overview
The RICS Profession Support and Assurance team are running a FREE online Red Book Compliance seminar. This seminar will be held from 16:00 until 17:30 (HKT) and will be delivered through Microsoft Teams. The aim of this seminar is to support you in meeting the requirements of the RICS Valuation – Global Standards Red Book, and counts as 1.5 hours of formal CPD. Please do attend if you are available, or forward to another VRS Valuer in your firm who you think would benefit.

- Examining why it is important that an Audit Trail is created
- Explaining how the Audit Trail is created
- How to mitigate risk as a Valuer
- Common compliance failings
- Signposting of where to get further support
