The RICS UK Awards have always been a hallmark of excellence, shining a spotlight on remarkable achievements within the realms of surveying, both in the built and natural environments. These awards celebrate the hard work, innovation, and dedication of individuals, teams, and organisations who shape our world for the better.

Our vision for these awards is to honour and celebrate industry leaders across the profession. We have been collaborating with RICS members to craft a fresh format and look for the UK awards that encapsulates our commitment to excellence.

For 2024, the UK Awards are returning with a refreshed format comprising three phases.

Nominations are open now, with regional nominations closing on 19 January 2024 and national nominations on 26 April 2024.

Regional ceremonies will be held between May and July 2024. All regional project winners will then compete in the national awards.

The national grand final ceremony will take place in October 2024.

As well as individuals entering the UK Awards, nominations are welcome from employers, clients, or peers for those championing the role of a surveyor.  Employers could incorporate these awards as part of their recognition schemes, by highlighting employees within their firm, as well as externally, those who are going above and beyond within their roles.
