Ann Gray FRICS has this week been elected the next RICS Senior Vice President.
As a key ambassador responsible for driving thought leadership across the profession, Ann will help deliver RICS’ goal of creating positive social impact in the built environment. Ann is a real estate broker and licensed architect in Los Angeles, California, and is a current member of Governing Council. She brings over 25 years’ experience of built environment leadership to her role.
Commenting on her election as RICS Senior Vice President 2020-21, Ann Gray FRICS said, “Every day, professionals are creating safe and sustainable spaces around the world to improve people's lives. I am thrilled, as part of the RICS Presidential Team, to have the opportunity to promote positive social impact as our profession’s core purpose."

Ann will take up her role in late 2020, serving a one-year term before becoming President-Elect in 2021, and finally RICS President in 2022. RICS’ Governing Council elects a new Senior Vice President each year, with all Chartered Professionals (MRICS and FRICS) around the world eligible to apply for the position.
