Global Members Committee appoints new Member, in dual role as Chair of the Asia Pacific World Region

We are pleased to announce a newly appointed Chair of the Asia Pacific World Regional Board (APAC WRB) and Member of the Global Members Committee (GMC), Sanjay Dutt FRICS.

In relation to his new appointment, Sanjay said “RICS has been an integral part of my professional journey encompassing Real Estate Valuation standards, Regulations, ESG, developing prowess through thought leadership. It has provided a platform to uphold excellence and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the real estate sector, fostering innovative solutions for complex challenges.”

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the previous APAC WRB Chair, Eric Cheah MRICS, for the valuable contribution that he has made during his period of appointment.
