This March, RICS will champion the interests of its members, the profession and the public as a strategic partner of MIPIM 2025. 

The world’s leading real estate event plays host to conversations and connections that change practices across the built and natural environment, helping to set the trajectory of the industry worldwide. Our visible profile in 2025 will ensure that the voices and expertise of the RICS membership are unmissable. 

During the event, RICS will spotlight three key issues impacting the built environment in 2025: housing, skills, and sustainability. With changemakers from across the world gathered in Cannes, France, RICS will use its platform and a programme of events to collaborate and influence positive change, promoting the capability of its members to work in the public interest. 

For RICS President, Justin Sullivan FRICS, MIPIM 2025 offers an opportunity to act upon his commitment to tackle the urgent skills shortage in the industry. He said: ‘MIPIM provides an invaluable platform for collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the global real estate sector. I am excited to engage with industry leaders and members to discuss how our profession can lead the way in making this an attractive sector for the next generation to work in. Together, we need to address the skills gap if we are to shape a resilient and inclusive built environment that meets the needs of future generations.’
