Progression from AssocRICS to MRICS

Once you have qualified as an Associate you are entitled to use the AssocRICS designation after your name. If you aspire to enhance your career you could consider taking the next step by becoming chartered.

Becoming chartered is the ‘gold standard’ of property professionalism and is highly sought after by both employers and clients around the world. It proves your ability to give reasoned advice and depth of knowledge.

We offer flexible progression routes from Associate to chartered status for those with the career ambition and capability to work at a more advanced level.

The route you choose to take will depend on your personal circumstances. However, all routes will involve:

An element of further study/training
A period of further work experience at an advanced level
Successful completion of the APC final assessment, including a peer interview by our chartered members.
