Using the online form below you can report concerns about a RICS Member or RICS-Regulated Firm. If you would like further information about Reporting Concerns to RICS about a Regulated Member, Investigating your concerns and RICS Regulation you can find that on the website.

Please note that the term Regulated Members is used by RICS Regulation to describe RICS Members (individuals) and RICS-Regulated Firms. Those reporting concerns are usually referred to as the Person Raising the Concern (or “PRC”).

We usually only accept reported concerns about a RICS Member or RICS-Regulated Firm in writing, and where supported by information. We accept these via an Online Form or through sending an email. Please click on links to access.
