RICS is unique in that it is a Royal Charter body with responsibility for regulating its own members. Regulation is carried out under the strategic governance of Standards and Regulation Board (SRB). RICS Regulation is keen to provide the best service to RICS Members and to the wider public as part of the role of regulating the membership.
Whilst we would hope that it is rare to report concerns or complaints against RICS Members or RICS-Regulated Firms, we appreciate that there may be occasions when these need to be reported in order for RICS to investigate potential breaches of the Rules of Conduct and RICS Members professional obligations. To find out more about Profession & Standards including the Rules of Conduct for all RICS Members, please see our website.
The regulatory functions of RICS are led and overseen by the Standards and Regulation Board (SRB).
