  • Candidate and their Counsellor's plan how they will demonstrate the competencies.

  • Includes employment history, case study, competency statements and CPD record.

  • Successfully complete the RICS Professionalism Module.

  • Associate candidates submit a written assessment. Chartered candidates provide a written submission and undertakes a 60 minute professional interview.
