Modus is a digital publication from RICS, that brings you award-winning insight and opinion on the built environment from around the world.

Topics covered include real estate, construction, sustainability, technology and urban planning, to name just a few. For example, how do surveyors do their job in remote locations like Antarctica? And what role do RICS members play in designing, developing and maintaining the cities we live in?

Features are created in-house or commissioned from journalists, with input from around RICS and feedback from the Modus editorial advisory panel. This group is a cross-section of the membership and is alternated regularly.

RICS members are an integral part of Modus – whether by providing expert commentary, being part of case studies or by being featured in a member profile.
