Overview

Building upon the RICS NZS 3910 Construction Contract training, this masterclass course will give attendees confidence in both reading and writing special conditions of the contract and provide an understanding of pitfalls to avoid getting it wrong. It also highlights key changes reflecting the new requirements in NZS 3910: 2023.

During the training we will examine in further detail the key contract clauses, the interpretation and practical application of those clauses.
