Site Tour to the Hong Kong International Airport

The Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), one of the world’s leading airports, is being transformed from a city airport to an Airport City. Airport Authority is pressing ahead various projects, e.g. Three-runway System (3RS), SKYCITY and air cargo development, to reinforce HKIA’s hub status.

The representatives from the Airport Authority will share and exchange views with members on the HKIA development, will guide you through the new IAC for daily airport operation and visit the iconic and challenging infrastructure project Sky Bridge.

Important Reminders:

The event involves a visit to the Airport Restricted Area (ARA), enrollees who are confirmed their participation MUST provide a headshot and copy of their photo identification prior to the tour day for applying the access permit to the ARA.

Please follow the process below in order to successfully attend the tour - once you made your booking via RICS event platform, RICS staff will reach out to you separately by email to obtain a copy of your photo identification and a headshot, please note the below during this process:

1. Your ticket booking directly links to your member account, therefore RICS staff can only reach out to the email address you uploaded to your member account, please ensure you have the correct email address updated in your account before booking the ticket.
2. Multi-attendee booking is not allowed.
3. The copy of your ID card and headshot will be used for ARA Visitor Pass application only and will be deleted after the tour.

All the participants MUST follow the instructions from the site on the day and should not leave the participants group during the tour.

Photo shooting/filming any staff and sensitive screens in IAC such as live CCTVs is prohibited. Photographs taken in the IAC shall not be posted on social media.
