At Gleeds, digitalisation is be utilised to augment services and process, better utilise data, drive innovation, generate new revenue streams and increase the value proposition for their clients and people.

Among its various findings, respondents to the report’s survey highlighted shortages of appropriately skilled people as an on-going barrier to further progress across all global regions, and the report advocates greater collaboration between industry, government and academia.
