RICS in partnership with the School of Construction, Arizona State University, presents the world's leading annual construction, building and real estate research conference. Conference venue and hotel


The conference will be held at the exclusive Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, giving you instant access to the heart of Las Vegas, including the Bellagio, the amazing Las Vegas City Centre and the many shops and casinos available on the street of dreams.

All attendees will be required to stay at the Monte Carlo. A $30 surcharge will be charged to attendees who do not stay at the host hotel. This is due to the conference accommodations being provided by the host hotel.

Special rate per room for single occupancy is: $69.00 (plus taxes), valid until 17 August 2012.

Delegates will be invoiced prior to the conference and this must be paid in advance of the conference.

The conference fee includes:
  • Attendance at the opening evening drinks reception, sponsored by RICS, on Monday 10 September 2012
  • Attendance at the three-day conference from 11-13 September 2012
  • Breakfast, lunch and refreshments during the conference
  • Attendance at the conference evening dinner on Tuesday 11 September 2012
